Directions To Piper Aviation Museum

The Museum is located in Clinton County, North Central Pannsylvania between Williamsport to the Northeast and State College to the Southwest. From Interstate 80 exit 178 (Formerly exit 26), the museum is approximately 9 miles.

Driving To The Museum

From Interstate 80. Take exit 178 (Formerly exit 26) and follow US 220 North approximately 8 miles to the Lock Haven Exit. Turn left (West) on US 120 (Jay Street) to the Walnut Street Exit (Right Lane). See Below.

From US 220. Follow “Lock Haven” signs onto four-lane entry to business district. Take Walnut Street exit. At bottom of ramp look for gold and black “Piper Aviation Museum” sign pointing to the right. Follow signs to the museum.

From Route PA 150. Exit at Piper Memorial Airport (South on Race Street) and follow gold and black signs to the museum.

Parking. Use parking stalls painted yellow in the first row facing the museum. No restrictions on weekend.

Flying To The Museum

The Airport Identifier is KLHV and our unicom frequency is 122.8.  Upon arrival, aircraft parking at the museum is available via taxiway "F" on the Southwest side of the hard surface and grass runways.  An access gate in the chainlink fence is located at the east end of the car parking lot . 

Aircraft parking is also available on the main ramp at the Hangar 1 FBO on the Northeast side of the runways. A shuttle to the museum is available during FBO business hours.
